The machine is fully automatic, applying the butyl rubber along the sides of the rigid spacer frame. There is no contact between the sealant and the frame conveyor thereby leaving the adhesion properties of butyl rubber unaltered. The spacer thickness is detected and the nozzle spacing adapts automatically. Moreover, the quantity of butyl rubber extruded can be adjusted by the software. The frames are loaded and unloaded by two cartridges that ensure production continuity. The exceptional automation of the machine is further enhanced when combined to machines in the Forel strip processing line (i.e. strip bender, desiccant filler). The AB3201 butyl rubber specifications guarantee quality sealing of double glaze.
